Guidelines and recommendations for authors

Selected papers will be presented at the Conference in a 30-minute session, including 5 minutes for Q&A. Speakers must attend in person, as remote or virtual presentations will not be permitted. Abstracts will be evaluated based on technical content, originality and creativity, relevance, importance and timeliness, structure and clarity. The abstract must summarise the paper's main objectives and outline its conclusions, acting as a brief and independent summary that can be included in the abstract collection. Submitters must register and create a personal account to manage their data and access the dedicated private area for abstract submissions. Supporting documents and a brief biography are also required. Abstracts can be saved as drafts but must be validated and officially submitted by Friday, February 28, 2025 (inclusive).

To validate a draft abstract:

1. Access to the "My submissions" area.
2. Carefully review all the details of your abstract to ensure accuracy and completeness. Confirm that the uploaded version is the final one, ready for submission.
3. Once all information is verified, click the Submit my abstract to submit your abstract officially.

If you need assistance, please contact [email protected].
Authors can designate one of their co-authors as the presenter, but the chosen co-author must also register by creating a personal account.

Detailed instructions for preparing and submitting full papers will be provided once the Programme Committees issue their notifications.
Failure to comply with deadlines and submission guidelines will result in the manuscript being excluded from the conference proceedings. In exceptional cases, PDF, DOC, or LaTeX submissions may be accepted if the provided template and instructions in the website account are strictly followed.
